Privacy
Privacy policy
Last updated 20 October 2026. This policy explains how Caitlin Parr Makeup ("we", "us") handles the personal information you share with us through this website, our booking system and by email.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or make a booking, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address and mobile number, plus the details of your booking, such as your wedding or event date, times, getting-ready and ceremony locations, the number of people and any message you include.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and manage your booking and contact you about it. We don't sell your information, and we won't send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We use trusted services to run our business: Squarespace (this website and its enquiry forms), Acuity Scheduling (online bookings and payments) and Microsoft 365 (email). These providers store information on our behalf and may store it outside Australia. If you pay online, your card details are handled by the booking system's payment provider; we don't see or store them.
Cookies and analytics
Like most websites, this site uses cookies to work properly and to give us anonymous statistics about visits. The Instagram feed on our homepage loads content from Instagram. If we advertise online, platforms such as Google or Meta may use cookies to measure how those ads perform. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it to manage your booking and to meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@caitlinparrmakeup.com.
Questions or concerns
If you have a question or complaint about your privacy, email info@caitlinparrmakeup.com and we'll respond as soon as we can. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
